Little Bird welcomes Paul Foster
We recently welcomed creative director, Paul Foster, to speak at our Little Bird series.
His talk, titled “Paradox,” explored his dual interest in arts and sciences and how it has shaped his life and career. Paul walked us through his varied experiences – from studying philosophy at Oxford to getting an HGV license and pursuing painting.
Through a series of serendipitous events, Paul found his place at Getty, where his blend of diverse knowledge, skillsets and broad perspective enabled him to thrive.
A natural at working with others, Paul has collaborated with notable creatives like Gandee Vasan, Tim Flach, Julia Fullerton-Batten, and Jim Naughten.
Everyone appreciated his talk, the stimulating conversation that took place afterwards, especially around the subject of AI and including its capacity for creating almost real but not quite, images. Very real and human thanks to Paul for an engaging presentation.
