We work in a secret garden in the middle of London.

Our studio is located in the grounds of The Charterhouse, once a Carthusian monastery dissolved by Henry VIII. Since 1371 it’s been a monastery, grand mansion, school and almshouse. It’s a quiet oasis in buzzy Clerkenwell – a unique place to think and work.

We’re a team of talented, like-minded people with different backgrounds and perspectives. We don’t separate strategic and creative thinking, but solve problems together. We enjoy our work, we enjoy our clients, and we enjoy being together. We have great designers, writers and organisers – and we’re all creative thinkers.

We don’t judge people based on their background, race, gender or religion – but instead on talent and attitude. Behaving well and doing the right thing matters to us. As do courtesy and mutual respect. We care about our impact on the environment, working hard to minimise waste and manage energy usage.

The notion of ‘simple’ is a high bar – you have to be prepared to jump very, very high to clear it.

Little Bird

A gift to ourselves and our clients, Little Bird is a series of lunches, events, gatherings and socials designed to take us out of our day to day work, broaden our minds and ensure fresh perspectives.

We believe diverse inputs produce original outputs. The name, Little Bird came from the phrase ‘a little bird told me’ – an informal way of sharing, learning and inspiring.
