A premium brand for a global facilities management business

Workplaces have a big impact on performance and how people feel. ISS, a global facilities management and services company, wanted to create a tailored offer to meet the needs of the premium end of the UK market – organisations needing a highly tailored, fully integrated facilities offer, from front of house to security, and technology to catering.

The Group’s visual identity was considered too functional and corporate for this targeted, special offer, so a new name, story and visual system was needed.

We worked with ISS to create the Livv brand, building on the ‘people make places and places make people’ story we previously developed for ISS, tuning the messaging and visual system to resonate with a niche audience.


Launched in February 2023, Livv is now helping ISS compete successfully in the high end workplace market.
