The Grey House Yorkshire is an interiors and styling studio built on the philosophy that our homes can make a bigger contribution to our wellbeing than they often do.

The founder had a clear mission – creating spaces that promote calm and balance – but needed a brand story and visual identity to reflect this ethos.

We developed the ‘Come home to calm’ story and visual expression to create a brand that is understated, elegant, and rooted in tranquillity.

Inspired by the warmth and simplicity of Hygge, the identity is built around a refined palette of soft greys, an elegant typeface, and natural, authentic photography – capturing the serenity of our client’s own home. The logo features a minimalist grey brushstroke paired with a simple house outline.

Extending this sense of calm into the digital space – the website focuses on warm, tranquil imagery, highlighting the core brand guiding principles – ‘eight ways to calm’.
